Rachel is an experienced food and nutrition technologist. She has completed a bachelor’s degree majoring in food Science & nutrition and pharmaceutical health. She has many years of experience in laboratory testing to full-scale production for consumer goods & healthcare products. Rachel’s academic area of interest has involved both the role of meal frequency on body composition, nutritional weight loss, functional food development and consultations of pharmaceutical goods.
