Rachel is a highly experienced food and nutrition technologist with a strong background in both scientific research and industry application. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Nutrition as well as a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Health. With extensive expertise spanning laboratory testing to full-scale production, Rachel has played a key role in the development, formulation, and quality assurance of consumer goods and healthcare products.

Her academic interests include the impact of meal frequency on body composition, nutritional strategies for weight management, functional food innovation, and the regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical goods.

Since joining Mr Supplement in 2016, Rachel has been an integral part of the team, contributing her scientific knowledge to product development, customer education, and editorial content. Her insights help bridge the gap between cutting-edge nutritional science and practical applications for health-conscious consumers.
