I’m email you guy more than a week already about my item, you sent me the item was expired and I complained but you guy didn’t get back to me, so bad customer service

We received your email after business hours on the 7th and replied the next morning requesting some pictures and further information so we could rectify this but have no received a reply from you, perhaps it has gone to your spam?
