My parcel was to be delivered to the home address but instead it ended up at the distribution depot and was asked to collect,

Hi VishTruly so sorry to hear this. Startrack often make the decision to either leave the parcel in a safe place or ensure someone is there to collect it. If no one is, often they will take it to the nearest post office for safety of your parcel
