First time ever taking pre-workout and took 1 scoop in 600ml of water. Really didn’t like the feeling, was a bit too much. Next workout took half a scoop in 500ml and was amazed by the effects. So much focus, was doing extra sets and motivation was through the roof.

The best thing about this pre-workout mix is the taste, taste just like old school red cordial.The worst thing is having to mix it with 800mL of water, I personally cannot drink that much especially before a workout. Also my container didn’t have scoop, but I was lucky to have one from a previous workout mix.
Great taste but if you’re looking for a great pump perhaps look elsewhere. A little on the more $$$ side too.

Is Disorder 250mg or 500mg of caffeine per serve?
Disorder is 250mg caffeine per single scoop. There is an option for users to take a double scoop which equates to 500mg.
Why the change to a new label and have ingredients changed? Does this still contain 3200 of beta alanine, caffeine seems to have reduced from 450g to 250g?
The formulation for Disorder did go through a revision in August 2020. The correct current ingredient profile is published on our site.
I'm a little confused. Is Disorder 250mg or 500mg of caffeine?
To explain Disorders directions give the option of taking a single scoop which is 250mg of caffeine & 40 serves per container. OR a double scoop which is 500mg of caffeine & 20 serves per container.
Is this product safe to use as an ASADA tested athlete?
Different sports have different ASADA guidelines. It would be best to check with ASADA before taking this product due to its high caffeine content. ASADA as a general rule do not approve supplements.
