Hi just confirming that this product is gluten free?
Whilst we expect Optimum Gold Standard Whey is Gluten free and there is nothing on the label I'm looking at to indicate it may contain gluten including wheat, barley or rye. We do caution, as the manufacturing plant which Optimum Nutrition use is NOT a Gluten free certified facility. There for cross contamination of ingredients whilst unlikely is still possible. We further caution that one flavor being cookies and cream should be avoided as this is NOT Gluten free.
I'm not looking to lift weights, but I do alot of cardio and bodywork, pushups, squats, pull ups ect. However I want to stay the same weight and tone up is this right?
Yes, this product would be perfect for your requirements.
Can I mix 100% Whey Gold Standard with other supplements?
Yes. In fact, you can increase the effectiveness of Optimum Nutrition Whey as a post work out shake by adding Glycomaize or simple carbohydrates. Always be sure to read the supplement label before use.
Could I use this as a snack replacement in between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner do you think?
Absolutely. A protein powder like Gold Standard makes a great low carb & low fat snack replacement.

100% Whey is best taken after training and in between meals. It is suitable for all types of training.
How much can you have per day?
How much you have depends on the remainder of your diet. If you are looking for muscle growth aim for 2g protein/kg body weight from all sources. Have as much as you need to meet this quota.
just wondering if this would be good for a women trying to lose weight? or is the carb content too high
Gold Standard will be fine for weight loss. It only has around 3 g carbs per serve, which is very much negligible.
One more question does it put fat on body. And does it help in repairing the muscle after the workout?
It is unlikely for Gold Standard to result in significant fat gain as it only contains around 120 calories, 3 g carbs, and 1 g fat. It would also support muscle repair.
I have a query related to one of your product "Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey". Does this product have egg or any animal products in it?
Gold Standard 100% Whey contains whey protein, which is a protein derived from milk. That is the only animal product used to manufacture 100% Whey.
