Triple Drop Set | Leg Extension

Tip of the Week - "Triple Drop Set | Leg Extension" - Drop Sets are a fantastic way to fatigue the muscle to prime it for stronger growth and adaptations. It is ideally used on the last exercise for a muscle group or the last few sets of an exercise. To start, perform 10-12 reps of Leg Extensions, followed by another 10-12 reps at a lower weight before finishing with another 10-12 reps at an even lower weight. Changing the tempo is another way to add intensity to the exercise. Aim for 3 seconds on the way down, 1 second on the way up and a 1 second hold at the top of the movement.
