Tip of the Week - "Double Tri Sets" - A good finishing exercise for any muscle group, double tri sets helps to pump the muscle full of blood and really stretch the muscle to help support optimal growth and recovery. To start, pick an exercise and perform 12 reps using a light-moderate weight. After the set, jump straight into another set of 10 reps of a different exercise working the same muscle group. Immediately after this set, finish off the double tri set with 6-8 reps of the initial exercise. Double Tri-Sets are best performed during the last set of the last exercise for any muscle group as it is an extremely taxing exercise technique.
