Tip of the Week - "Incline Arnold Pres" - Really target the front part of the shoulder muscles with this variation of the Arnold Press. Lowering the bench to an incline of about 60 degrees and only rotating the dumbbells through 90 degrees will focus all the tension on the front head of the deltoid, helping to give you muscular, rounded front delts and filling out the chest area.
