Tip of the Week - "Chin Ups" - A great exercise in itself, a great way to bust through plateaus is to incorporate some partial reps/shrugs as well as a 30 second hang during your last set of chin ups. During your last set of chin ups, aim to do as many reps as possible and after exhaustion, complete to failure some partial reps. After the completion of these partial reps, hang off the bars for roughly 30 seconds or as long as you can. This will help to stretch the fascia and to really make the muscles burn.
