Tip of the Week - "Double Tri Set | Triceps" - If you're having trouble building more mass onto your triceps, incorporating some double tri sets into your workouts will really help give you the stimulus needed to pack on the size. To start, aim for 8-12 reps of weighted tricep dips. Avoid leaning too far forward with your body as this starts hitting more of the chest and front delts. After the initial set, move on and complete 8-12 reps of tricep dumbbell kickbacks before finishing the tri set with 8-12 reps of body weight dips.
