Tip of the Week - "Rest-Pause | Barbell Row" - One of the best methods to break through plateaus, the rest-pause method can be applied to any exercise or muscle group. The key is to perform an exercise with a given weight till failure, rest for 10-20 seconds, then complete another set till failure again. For more advanced trainers, two rest-pause bouts can be used to really ramp up the effort and intensity. Take a longer rest period with the rest-pause method as it is a tough exercise which can easily lead to injury if not careful. Presented by Nick Jones - World Bodybuilding Champion
