Tri-Angle For The Tricep

Tip of the Week - "Tri-Angle For The Tricep" - As the tricep muscle comprises three heads, working the muscle through different angles will help to comprehensively build the muscle. To start the Tri-Angle set, start off with a tricep extension with your body side on to the handle. After the first set of 10-12 reps, change grips to an overhand grip, stand in front of the cable pulley machine and perform another 10-12 reps of tricep extensions. Finish the Tri-Angle set with a 10-12 rep set of underhand grip tricep extensions whilst standing in front of the cable pulley machine. Presented by Nick Jones - World Bodybuilding Champion
