Tip of the Week - "Drop Sets | Incline Chest Press" - Another great way to break through plateaus and really shock your muscles is to use Drop Sets. This is where you perform a particular exercise to failure, before dropping the load and performing another set to failure and then drop the load one more time to finish the set. Drop Sets can be incorporated into any muscle group or exercise, but is best used for the last set of the last exercise for any muscle group. 2-4 drops can be used depending on the level of experience of the trainer.
