Preacher Curl/Scott Curl - Phase 1 - Day 4 - This exercise made famous by the 1965/66 Mr Olympia Larry Scott is great for the biceps. The key to this exercise is to stay strict with this movement, & to get a full range of movement. Use the ez-curl bar & a grip that is slightly wider than a shoulder width. lower the weight slowly under control using a full range of motion. Dont's: Avoid partial reps and using momentum to get the weight to the top, thus losing tension at the top of the biceps. Aim for 3 sets of 15 reps with only 30 seconds rest in between sets.
