Training Phase 1 - Muscular Endurance - Welcome to phase 1 of the 5 phase training program brought to you by MrSupplement. This phase is great for beginners, those coming back from time off and even athletes wanting to improve in their respective sports. This phase aims for 3 exercises per muscle group with 15 reps each set. It's also important to only have a short 30 second rest in between sets for best results. Phase 1 should last for 4-6 weeks depending on the level of training. For those who train frequently but have simply had a couple of weeks off, 3-4 weeks in this phase will be enough to get you back into the swing of things.
