One Arm Tricep Press Down - Phase 4
One Arm Tricep Pressdown - Phase 4 - Hypertrophy Phase 2 - Day 1: This is the final exercise for the triceps; the one arm triceps pressdown on the cable. As this is an isolation movement & our last exercise, we're going to keep the reps a bit higher so we can force a lot of blood into the area to finish off. Maintain a fairly close stance, keeping the upper body & upper arm stable. Only the elbow joint should be moving in this great finishing movement. Don'ts - Using too much swinging & using the body to gain momentum is to be avoided. Not getting a full contraction & bringing the shoulders into the movement is also not recommended. Day 1 is finished - you've increased the volume, adding an extra exercise on both the shoulders & the triceps.
