Advanced Training - Phase 5 - Triset #2 Chest: Flat Machine Press/Cable Crossovers/Flat Machine press. For the first flat machine press, we're looking at doing 10 reps as it is a pin loaded machine. Keep constant tension, slow on the way down and squeezing the chest on the way up. Moving on to Cable Crossovers for 10 reps. A great way to keep constant tension on the chest at all times. Finish off the triset with 6 reps on the flat machine press. Aim for 2 sets for beginner-intermediate trainers & 3 for the more advanced.
