High Intensity Training – Tricep Pressdown – Having trouble with building your triceps? The only way to keep challenging this muscle is to up the intensity of your training. Here we show you a way to push the triceps to failure with a change of grip in conjunction with the rest-pause method. Start off your tricep pressdowns with an underhand grip which should be slightly wider. Perform 10-12 reps before having a rest-pause of 10-15 seconds. Change grips to an overhand grip which should bring your hands closer together and perform as many reps as possible. Maintain constant tension and perfect form free of swinging and use of momentum.
