High Intensity Training – Leg Extension – Finish your leg workout strong and build yourself some massive quads by upping the intensity. After performing three good and heavy leg exercises (such as squats, leg press, hack squats), finish off your leg workout with the drop set leg extension. Using a high weight that you can’t do more than 10 reps; perform the first set before dropping the weight down by 20% and performing another 10 reps or till failure. Drop the weight once more time by 20% and perform the set till failure. Remember to maintain strict form and avoid dropping the weight quickly which will take tension away from the working muscle.
