High Intensity Training – Incline Smith Machine Press – If you want a bigger, fuller chest, then the only way is to up the intensity. Perform this difficult drop set as the 3rd or 4th exercise. The Smith Machine is used as the rotator cuffs are most likely very tired and the Smith Machine takes the balance out of the equation so all you have to focus on is your chest. Using an incline bench, perform no more than 8 reps on the Smith Machine Press. Drop the weight down and aim to perform 9 reps. Drop the weight down one final time and aim for 10 reps.
