High Intensity Training – Bicep Cable Curl – Build yourself some baseball sized biceps by upping the intensity of your training. Using supersets, minimal rest-pause intervals and grip changes, you’ll be blasting your guns left, right and centre. Start the exercise with a medium wide underhand grip and aim for 12 reps. Rest-pause for 10 seconds before using a medium overhand grip to get as many reps as you can. Finish the superset off with a close, underhand grip for as many reps as you can.
