The drop-set is a great way to build huge delts, but the key is to go heavy and to fight the contraction on the way down. After 1-2 warm up sets; go heavy at a weight you can’t do more than 5-6 reps and perform 5 reps. Going down the rack to the next dumbbell set; perform another 5 reps.
