High Intensity Training – Cable Side Lateral Raise – Get yourself stronger and larger deltoids and shoulder muscles with this exercise technique where you up the intensity towards the end. Perform a cable side lateral raise where you aim to reach 10-12 reps by yourself. Then perform 3 negative reps using a partner’s help by raising the handle up and slowly resisting the weight on the down phase.
