High Intensity Training – Cable Crossovers – A great way to finish off your chest workout and to get a really good pump is to up the intensity and perform drop sets for your last exercise. Cable crossovers are a great way to blast the chest and get some blood pumping into the muscle to help it recover and grow. Using a fairly heavy weight, perform 10 reps before dropping the weight down slightly to perform another 10. Finish off the drop set by performing another 10 reps of the crossovers or till failure; whichever occurs first.
