High Intensity Training – Hammer Strength Shoulder Press – Finish off your shoulder workouts strong and build yourself some cannonball delts by raising the intensity of your training. After performing three other shoulder exercises including shoulder press, lateral raises and one arm cable front raises; finish the workout strong with drop-sets of the hammer strength shoulder press or a pin loaded shoulder press machine. Use a weight that you can’t perform more than 8 times before dropping the weight by 10-20% and performing another 8 reps. Finish off the drop set by dropping the weight one more time and completing another 8 reps. Ensure perfect form and avoid using momentum to maintain tension on the working muscle.
