Rich Gaspari had extraordinary delts when he was a pro bodybuilder. Now he’s a corporate business man, walking the walk in amazing shape. Delts were one of the body parts I had difficulties with, but I became really good at delts, because I pushed them to a limit. I listened to bodybuilders that had weaker delts, like Larry Scott, who had a narrow clavicle and had to build muscle. That’s what I had to do.
