Rich Gaspari's Workout Tips - Delt Exercise 5 – Rear Lateral Dumbbell Raise: A good exercise for the rear delts to look even from the front, side, and rear. Use a high incline to get a better angle when you lean into it. Do not bring the weights back, instead throw it forward to work the rear delt. Make sure you turn your hands forward and squeeze your delt. Use a very light weight to begin with because it is a small muscle. Keep the tension on the way down.
