Marcus Ruhl On Living In Germany & Owning Gyms
An Interview With Marcus Ruhl - On Germany & Business
I live in Germany in Frankfurt usually but I also do a lot of travelling. This year alone I've been to Peru, France, Italy and now Australia. And I do all this for Ultimate Nutrition to help them promote their products and the company. But yes, I was born in Frankfurt, in the middle of Germany. It's not the nicest of places, but it's one of the busiest. There's maybe 3.5 million people and fitness if pretty big in Frankfurt. You could maybe find a gym every 200 metres, which is bad for me being a gym owner because it's a lot of competition. My gym's called 'Fit and Fun', and it's just your usual everyday gym. While my heart wants to have a hardcore bodybuilding gym, it's hard because there's not the hugest market and you have to think about money. But I do well because I've got all this knowledge to pass on and people come up to me all the time to ask about nutrition and training.
