Working Out With Marcus Ruhl - Exercise 2 - Barbell Flat Bench Press: The King of chest exercises, if you want a big, massive chest, you must do the flat bench press. With this second exercise, use more concentration on the technique and avoid going to heavy to really get the chest pumped. So we're looking at max 6-8 reps with good movements. Remember to keep the upper arms out to the side and perpendicular to the upper body. Avoid the common mistake of bringing the elbows to the side of the body. Hold it a little bit at the bottom to stretch the chest a little. Aim for a heavy weight in which you can just do 6-8 reps. Try to complete 4-6 sets.
