Phil Heath - Dumbbell Incline Tricep Extension
Phil Heath's Workout Tips - Exercise 2 - Incline Dumbbell Tricep Extension: A great exercise for the triceps, using dumbbells helps to eliminate one arm being stronger than the other. It helps you to realise any symmetry differences so you can focus training on the weaker side. Use of dumbbells also takes pressure of the elbows and allows greater range of motion and movement variety than the bar. The use of the incline also helps to put less pressure on the elbows.

To start the exercise, lean back and rest the dumbbells almost on the front delts. Then contract and lift the dumbbells out, rather than pressing up. The shoulder joint should not move as it is an isolation movement. Aim for 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with only 60-90 seconds rest in between sets.
