Upper Body Warm Up - Pec, Delt & Trap Stretching
Pec, Delt & Trap Stretching. The hand is placed in the middle of the swiss ball, at a 90 degree angle at the shoulder. You'll be stretching the chest as you come down & reversing your hand on the ball will enable you to stretch your rear delt & mid trap.
