Lower Body Warm Up - T Hip Rocking
T-Hip Rocking/Trunk Twists are a great way tp warm up the core. Press your hands against the floor with your legs at a 90 degree angel as you move your knees form side to side, activating the obliques & the serratus muscles. At the bottom of the movement, pull the naval in, to activate the TA or transverse abdominus. This warms up the core, gets the circulation going, stretching the pec as well as the core area. To make this exercise more dynamic, lift the knees at a 90 degree angle from the hip, bringing the knees from side to side, ensuring that you activate the navel at bottom. This activates the mid of the back, as well as the lower back. Nick Jones - World Bodybuilding Champion & Kymbel Hunt
