Exercise Ball/Swiss Ball Row is a great exercise/warm up exercise, for the lats, the shoulder girdle, the rotator cuff, the pecs, the arms, & the back. Place your palms up on the swiss ball, sitting on your heels with your chin up, chest up. Roll the ball away, & back to the starting position & repeat. Keep the butt on the heels throughout, & the back flat throughout. This gives a great stretch thoughout the lats, as well as the shoulder girdle, the teres minor, the teres major.
