Elaine Alden - Ladies Push Up
Training with Elaine Alden - Exercise No. 1 - Pushups - The first exercise of the circuit is the pushup, a great way to tone the upper body. For the ladies, on the knees is the more common variation, but if you're stronger, on the toes is definitely an option. Remember to pull the navel in towards the spine to activate the core and slowly lower your upper body. Keep the elbows out to the side and your knees and toes on the floor.
