Training with Elaine Alden - Exercise No. 3 - Stiff Legged Deadlifts - Get a great booty with this exercise. Keep your stance shoulder width or just past shoulder width. Remember to only flex at the hips and to have soft knees. You want to keep the bar nice and close to the legs and lower yourself until you feel the stretch before coming back up.
