Redbak Mass XXXL Directions
Add 400–450ml of water or skim milk into a Redbak shaker. Add 90g (3 scoops) of product and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency. Seal bag immediately after use.
