This is an awesome gainer supplement which I used in my bulking phase. I gained a total of 5kg over the course of the full 5kg box. Great way to get in them extra cals to fuel your muscles. also I’m pretty sure its the cheapest gainer out there at 87 bucks for 5kg it’s dirt cheap. Cookies and Cream never tasted anything like it, tasted a lot like cookie dough in a milk shake :-) also it comes with a mass gaining meal plan on the side of the box so it’s like a personal trainer and a supplement in one. This is the gainer I’m going to use in all my bulking phases from now on.

Yesterday I tried Max's Super Size free sample after my post workout. Mine comes in white vanilla flavour. All I can say is it's tastes really great like a cotton candy taste which i like about it.
