Max's_Challenge_Training_And_Workouts_2016_

Training for the Max’s Challenge is one of the most important aspects to helping you achieve success and reaching your goals. Whether you want to build mass, gain size, get ripped, build strength or power, Max’s has got it all sorted out. Let’s take a look at what you can expect in terms of training for the upcoming Max’s Challenge 2016.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Workout Programs & Plans

In 2016, Max’s will again offer 4 different types of training plans, which will depend on your goals and also your experience level. These will be separated into:

  • Lean Beginner
  • Lean Intermediate
  • Mass Beginner
  • Mass Intermediate

Access to all training plans will only be given to those who have signed up for the competition and also those who have successfully checked in. Max’s will offer three training plans and workout routines for weeks 1-4, 5-8 and 9-12. These will offer you all the details you need to plan your workouts including exercises, sets and reps required. Of course, these are just guides so feel free to chop and change the plans are you please. Most of the exercises will require you to part of a gym or at least have access to certain pieces of equipment, but that’s not to say that you can’t compete in the Challenge if you aren’t part of a gym or have equipment. If you’re stuck for exercises, feel free to chat to all the expert trainers and the other challengers in the forum provided. Participants also have access to a wealth of video training tips, which you can access once logged in.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Fitness Tests

As per previous years, fitness tests will also be a major part of the Max’s Muscle Up Challenge 2016. Four tests can be conducted throughout the challenge; once before, once after and two during each check in week. Each fitness test will include a range of exercises which will test your endurance, strength and stamina to help provide a snapshot of your current physical fitness. While doing the fitness tests aren’t necessary, it is definitely advised as it provides even more data for you to further tailor your training, nutrition and supplementation.

Max's Challenge 2016 – Training, Nutrition & Supplementation

Training, nutrition and supplementation are going to be the three main points of focus to help you reach your goals for the Max’s Challenge 2016. Max’s have spent time over the past year further tailoring their workout plans to ensure you are guided through the 12 weeks and won’t be left confused as to what and when you should be working out.
