Incline Dumbbell Bicep Curl - A great exercise for increasing strength & putting size on the bicep. Use an incline bench at about a 60-75 degree incline. Starting in the contracted position, lower the weight slowly, keeping tension on the bicep before squeezing to the top. Supinating all the way through, remember to keep tension at all times on the bicep. Stretch at the bottom of the movement & get a great contraction at the top. Take 2-3 seconds on the way down. Don'ts: Do not swing the weights, as this permits the momentum to take effort off the biceps, where you won't get the results & you risk injury.
