Dumbbell One Arm Tricep Extension - A great finishing exercise for the triceps as it achieves a great stretch in the triceps muscle. In this exercise, the tricep works hard & gets a great stretch at the bottom of the movement. Lift the dumbbell to the top of the movement & squeeze the tricep for a second.
