The Preacher Curl/Scott Curl made famous by the 1965/66 Mr Olympia Larry Scott. The key to this exercise is to stay strict with this movement & to get a full range of movement. Use the ez-curl bar & a grip that is slightly wider than a shoulder width. Lower the weight slowly under control using a full range of motion. Dont's: Avoid using too heavy a weight and only completing partial reps or using momentum to get the weight to the top, thus losing tension at the top of the biceps.
