Universal Whey Pro has to be one of the leanest powders out. Taste is light and not strong and goes well with oatmeal or in protein bars. Blends super easy and digests no problem. My personal favorite - stack it with Animal Pak + a proper diet and you will see results.

This protein powder has a great calorie to protein ratio, and is a great value. However, this is not the best tasting protein I have tried, and I have tried a lot. I tried the cookie and cream flavour. Perhaps the other flavors might be better. If your looking for a good value and not too worried about flavor then this is for you.

Universal Nutrition Ultra Whey Pro Directions
Mix 1-2 slightly rounded scoops with 170-340mL of water or skim milk. On training days take a minimum of two servings daily, with one serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On non-training days take at least one serving daily between meals.
Storage
Keep in cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Store below 30°C.
