I was somewhat sceptical about this product; however I have tested this supplement in many ways. I have found that when I take this supplement my recovery is speed up significantly. I D.O.M less, and feel more rejuvenated. Also I only take half a scoop! I found that a full serving is too potent and will knock you out excessively.
