They say these bars have a massive amount of protein, they are heavy going. These were not as palatable as the P20 bars but you are increasing your protein while decreasing your carbs so you can't expect miracles. I would definitely have some water at hand if you were going to down one of these, they are dry. If this sounds like a poor review it isn't meant to be, I'll be ordering another box from Mr Supplement soon. There are days when I feel like I've hit the wall, grabbed a P40 and gobbled it down, they are good but take a little getting used to.
