While shopping for some other supplements I found Musashi Lysine. I get really bad cold sores every few weeks from stress and other things. It’s very frustrating! Since purchasing Lysine I couldn’t be happier, I have not had a cold sore in about 2 months. The powder mixes easily with any drink as it’s a natural flavour. I never thought I'd find something to at least lessen the reoccurrences. Thanks guys!
