Working out before supplementing with a quality Creatine product is like trying to make solid gains with a water and bread diet. By the time I had finished my first tub of Musashi Growling Dog Creatine not only did I feel stronger after my loading cycle, I was pushing out reps in the gym that did not seem possible Pre Growling Dog. If you are running a tight ship but would still like a quality product this is an excellent choice for an outstanding price.

Despite it’s weird name, this has actually been formulated with humans in mind. Think of Musashi Growling Dog Creatine as a pug with the power of a rottweiller. Thanks MrSupplement for another great product.

Heavy Loading: Take 20-30 gams per day (in divided doses) for 4-6 weeks.
Light Loading: Take 20-30 grams per day (in divided doses) for 5 days followed by 5 grams per day for 30 days.
