After using Max's Nitetime Protein, I immediately noticed how I no longer woke up in the morning's starving and, felt the difference in the decreased muscle soreness I use to feel, several days after an intense workout. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's serious about the gym, yet is being restricted by being unable to eat a meal high in protein prior to going to bed. Max's Nitetime protein is a constant protein source whilst your sleeping, so you don't have to worry about getting up in the night to have a protein supplement. Nite Time protein is absolutely amazing!!! I used to go to sleep feeling so hungry and not be able to sleep at all because my stomach felt like it was eating itself!! Now I take Maxs nite time protein, it makes me feel full and helps me sleep like a baby, I don’t wake up during the night anymore I get a full nights sleep so I can get up and train hard the next day as well as get my maximum REM sleep for growing. I have been using MAXS night-time protein for about 6 months now and I highly recommend it. I haven’t really noticed any huge gain in muscle bulk, but it does help keep me feeling full overnight to prevent midnight snacking, and by taking it in milk for dessert instead of cake and ice-cream I have noticed a lot more muscle definition. Must help with recovery also as I never wake up with muscle soreness anymore!

I would have to say that Maxs Nite time Protein would have to be by far my favourite protein ever!! After training for 4 years and having tried every brand and flavour under the sun, nothing beats Maxs chocolate night-time protein. Everyone knows that the best growth and recovery occurs when you’re asleep, so I ensure I don’t jeopardize my gains by taking Maxs. Having done a bit of reading lately on staying anabolic I realised that I’d missed out on an important time to grow… during sleep. No I don’t go to gym in the middle of the night, all I do is take some nitetime protein before bed and wake up bigger. Sure it sounds a bit far fetched but it’s not far from the truth!

Max’s Night Time Protein is one of the best supplements I have used. It really helped me put on lean muscle. In the past 6 months I have changed my body dramatically. Blokes at the gym are asking if I am on the gas! My strength has not really changed much though. It tastes really good with milk and a three kilo tub will last you for ages. The protein powder is even split between two bags, so the other half will stay fresh while you finish the first bag. If you train hard and want to put on some serious lean muscle then I suggest you start taking a scoop a night.

Max’s Nitetime Protein Shakes are great for bulking up and recovering from heavy lifting quickly. Taken 30 mins before bed and containing Skullcap among other calming herbs has the effect of making you hurt a whole lot less when you wake up in the morning following a heavy leg day in the gym. The shakes taste alright and pack a pretty high calorie content but as a means of re-energizing this product is extremely useful. Slow release casein proteins make up most of the shake which means that while you sleep your body doesn’t catabolise all that muscle you’ve worked so hard to build. Nice to have a product that’s looking out for your gains.

Max's Night Time protein formula to me is by far the best on the market, I’ve tried 100% casein protein in the past but for my body type and my fast metabolism I needed a blend of fast and slow digesting proteins while I sleep. My girlfriend worked with a well known female bodybuilder here in Perth she had recommended me Max's protein powders over the other brands and said "Max's have simply the best all round quality of amino acids and WPI's in today's market" So if you are training hard and need faster recovery I recommend Max's Night Time protein 30 mins before bed thus aiding a steady flow of amino acids while sleeping. One tip is I add 1tbl spoon of low sugar peanut butter into my shake for healthy fats, which is essential to testosterone production.
Take 1 serving about 30 minutes before retiring to bed. Mix the recommended quantity (refer to table on container) in a blender or shaker in water or milk for 30-45 seconds. Consume within 30 minutes. 1 level scoop = approx. 30 grams.
Storage
Replace lid and close tightly immediately after use. Store below 30°C away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
