Gen Tec 100% Pure Whey Protein Directions
For convenience add 2 scoops of Pure Whey to 200ml of water and shake 20 times for a perfect, smooth creamy shake. Blender: Add 2 scoops of Pure Whey to 200ml of water or milk. You may add any fruits (fresh or frozen) throughout the day. Before bed, it is a good idea to add extra fats to your shake in the form of; flaxseed oil, peanut butter, almonds, yoghurt. Use Gen-Tec Nutrition Pure Whey as a high protein supplement on cereal at breakfast, between meals or before bed. However, the most important time to use Pure Whey is immediately after training. Consume 25% of your Daily Protein Intake at this crucial time
