BPI 1MR

What can i say, i love the pump you get out of it. but there are a few downsides, for the first 3 or 4 times you use this you feel sick after a workout, the taste is so bad its a struggle to drink it, i wont be buying it again

1MR really delivers. I work shift work and really need a boost in the gym sometimes. !MR provides that and more. My strength gains are huge and I can always push that little extra thanks to 1MR. If you want to grip and rip the bar 1MR is my recommendation.

Use to workout everyday having allot of gut buster days just managing to get through each workout. Doesn't matter how I'm feeling once taking 1MR. Every workout I'm full of energy and just pushes me to do more. Keeps me motivated throughout the day. Half a scoop is enough for me each morning.

Ive tried them all the pre-workout supps! BPI 1MR has the best effects and gives the most pumps I've experienced on a pre-workout!

BPI 1MR, what a great product. Increased energy levels, was able to train harder for longer. Would recommend for anyone who wants extra energy when training. Great motivation when feeling flat!

I believe BPI 1MR is the best pre-workout supplement I have taken. Gives me the pump I require during a heavy session and recovery is great. Not that good of a taste but for the benefits it doesn't bother me. Awesome delivery time also.

By far the best I have tried- incredible amounts of energy and I feel I can workout and want to workout for as long as possible. It also feels 'cleaner' than other products. Taste is not an issue, fairly bland. Colouring is super strong (Blue Raspberry) so hope that's not too bad... but otherwise 10/10!

I highly recommend this product it gives you an amazing pump in the gym, but it is very potent so don't use this unless your up to burning the energy!

I received some 1MR sample satchels from Mr Supplement with another order. I have only ever taken protein shakes, glutamine and creatine prior to workouts, so I was not real fussed on trying anything new. I only used half the recommended dose 40 minutes before training and I seriously, have never felt a energy and focus boost like this before. I used my sample packs and I have continued taking only half doses. I also ordered a container from Mr Supplement. I have read a lot of reviews about this product and I can say from my short experience its the best preworkout product I have ever taken. I never felt any crash, but I have noticed by the end of my workout, I could seriously keep going. I had (samples satchels) and ordered the Blue rasberry flavour. I can say it absolutely stinks and doesn’t taste that great, however I found the more water you add, the better it tastes. I would definitely recommend it and maybe even ask Mr Supplement about some samples in your next order.

Ordered this product last Sunday & received it today super quick delivery. Anyway, I tried 1MR(BLUE RASP) as soon as it arrived because I was excited to know if its really gonna give me the edge in endurance/ energy that I needed for my workouts. I first tried less than a half scoop because I was scared that it would have a really bad crash and I had exams the next day and was studying that night! I have to say the less than half scoop I had gave me more than enough to push on through my reps and sets! Taking 1MR I had a full two hour intense work out. Before I started using 1MR my work-outs were about 45 mins and I was tired! I give it 5 for the taste, it had this after taste that i dint like but its drinkable. I did feel a little light headed afterwards but it was the 1st time I took it. I will be stacking this with my PROLAB n-large 2 which is also a great product for bulking up:) Thanks MR SUPPLEMENT...

I recently started taking the BPI 1MR and let me tell you this stuff is great. You can actually feel the difference within 15 to 20 mins. I felt more alert, energised pumped to train. I have not felt this good in the gym for a long time. I am pumping out more reps and heavier weight than I have for some years. The only point to remember is don't have it too close to going to bed cause this stuff works and you will be awake for hours. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to push a little harder and get the most out of every session.
