Body Ripped Carbo Blast GR-X Ingredients
Waxy Maize Starch, Natural Flavour, Sweetener.
Body Ripped Carbo Blast GR-X Directions
Place 1 serving (40g or 3 heaped tablespoons of powder approx) with 350-450ml of water in bottle or shaker and mix thoroughly.
For sustained workout intensity sip one full serve over a 35-45 minute period commencing approximately 15-20 minutes into your workout or event. Training sessions or events longer than 60-75 minutes may require a further half or full serve. For improve recovery, consume a second serve over a 10-15 minute period following your training or event. Carbo-Blast GR-X may be combined with creatines, amino acids, or your other preferred post- workout nutrients for improved uptake. For superior glycongen- loading, Carbo-Blast GR-X can be combined pre-workout with any food including protein powders, or consumed alone.
