Black Widow Beta Alanine has been working really well for me for the past year. I’m a long distance runner and also do a bit of sprinting and I’ve found that it works for both styles. Most runners (especially cross country runners) training on a daily basis will find it hard to keep going without any sort of endurance supplement to help them, quite literally, go the extra mile. Beta Alanine is a great way to get that extra push without using Creatine and other more processed supplements. I also have cyclist friends who say that Beta Alanine works for them too. It’s good for endurance/athletic sports because while it’s great for building lean muscle, it’s not going to make you put on any unwanted weight either, unlike more hardcore supplements that are usually designed for bodybuilders.

On training days, take 1 serve 30-45 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving post workout. Can be taken with your protein drink. On non-training days, consume 1 serve prior to first meal of the day, and again 8 hours later.
